  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 Garlic Clove finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Pink Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Kalonji (Nigella Seeds)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Corn Flour – 1 to 2 tblsp
  • for frying Oil for frying
  • as per style Salt
  • little White Sesame Seeds to garnish (optionally available)

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tsp Pink Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Garlic Clove finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • little Coriander Leaves chopped

The way to make Honey Chilli Potato

  • Boil the potatoes in barely salted water.

  • Peel the pores and skin and cube them into bite-sized items. Switch to a bowl.

  • Add garlic, purple chillies, kalonji, salt and corn flour.

  • Combine properly and maintain apart for 3 to five minutes.

  • Warmth oil in a frying pan.

  • Sprinkle a little bit water on the potatoes and toss properly.

  • Deep fry the potatoes till golden and crisp, about 2 to three minutes.

  • Take away and drain extra oil.
