Components for Hen Kathi Roll

  • 250 g Boneless Hen lower into bite-sized items
  • 5 to six Egg Parathas or as required (see recipe right here)
  • 1 tbsp Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Inexperienced Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • as per style Salt

For the salad filling:

  • 1 Onion giant, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 4 Inexperienced Chillies finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes medium, chopped

  • In a big bowl mix the rooster items, onions, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, inexperienced chillies, lemon juice and salt.

  • Combine effectively and preserve apart for two to three hours.

  • Skewer the rooster items and cook dinner on a charcoal hearth or bake at 180C/350F until achieved.
