Fruit Chaat, Indian Fruit Salad
It is a brilliant, colourful, and refreshing fruit chaat (snack) that can be used as a fruit salad. My siblings and I seemed ahead to the fruit chaat, served commonly as a part of our lunch. It was a scrumptious method of consuming an ideal number of contemporary, seasonal fruit. This by itself will brighten up any meal, and it tastes nice at any time of day.
- 2 oranges pores and skin eliminated and sliced in ½ inch every section
- 1 apple peeled and cubed into ½ inch items
- 1 agency banana sliced into roughly ¼ inch rounds
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup English or Asian cucumber cubed into ¼ inch items
- 1 inexperienced chili finely chopped (optionally available)
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

In a big bowl, mix the fruit and cucumber with the inexperienced chili and cilantro. Toss and put aside.

Combine all of the dressing substances collectively in a small bowl, ensuring the sugar is totally dissolved. Pour the dressing over the fruit when able to serve.
