  • Prepare dinner the child corn items in salted water. Drain and preserve apart.

  • Combine the rice flour, corn flour, purple chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to a paste. Add water if required.

  • Warmth oil for frying in a deep frying pan.

  • Dip the child corn items within the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

  • Drain extra oil and preserve apart.
